Complete Rules

Entry to the Club Cup Championship is included with your membership to the CDM Sports Club. The five teams that you receive FREE with your club membership comprise your 2007 Club Cup Championship entry and are:

        • Free Fantasy Football 2007
        • Free Fantasy Hockey 2007-08
        • Free Fantasy Basketball 2007-08

Your club teams for these free-to-enter games include your free moves and the option to purchase the full roster package at a 50% discount! To join the CDM Sports Club and activate your entry to the Club Cup Championship, you must complete the Internet registration and entry forms available at http://club.cdmsports.com.

Eligibility
The 2007 Club Cup Championship is open to CDM Sports Club members who have registered by 11:45 AM CT on Sunday, October 14, 2007, have an active, paid club membership throughout the Contest period, have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction, and have a valid email address. There is a limit of one Club Cup Championship entry per club member. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of CDM Fantasy Sports, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win prizes.

Contest Period
The 2007 Club Cup Championship begins on Sunday, February 18, 2007, and ends in April 2008, with the conclusion of Free Fantasy Basketball 2007-08, and thus the Contest spans the 2007 auto racing, 2007 baseball, 2007 football, 2007-08 hockey, and 2007-08 basketball seasons.

To compete for the Best of 5 Club Cup Championship, you must join the CDM Sports Club by 11 AM CT on Sunday, April 15, 2007. To compete for the Best of 4 Club Cup Championship, you must join the CDM Sports Club by 12 Midnight CT on Sunday, May 13, 2007. To compete for the Best of 3 Club Cup Championship, you must join the CDM Sports Club by 11:45 AM CT on Sunday, October 14, 2007. Entries eligible for the Best of 5 Cup also are eligible for the Best of 4 Cup and the Best of 3 Cup. Entries eligible for the Best of 4 Cup also are eligible for the Best of 3 Cup.

Entry
Based on the time and date of your CDM Sports Club registration, you will receive an entry to the Club Cup Championship and teams for the corresponding free-to-enter games. For memberships registered by 11 AM CT on Sunday, April 15, 2007, you will receive teams (including free moves and the option to purchase the full roster change package at a 50% discount) for all five free-to-enter games:

        • Free Fantasy Hockey 2007-08
        • Free Fantasy Basketball 2007-08

For memberships registered by 12 Midnight on Sunday, May 13, 2007, you will receive teams for four free-to-enter games:

        • Free Fantasy Baseball 2007
        • Free Fantasy Football 2007
        • Free Fantasy Hockey 2007-08
        • Free Fantasy Basketball 2007-08

For memberships registered by 11:45 AM CT on Sunday, October 14, 2007, you will receive teams for three free-to-enter games:

        • Free Fantasy Football 2007
        • Free Fantasy Hockey 2007-08
        • Free Fantasy Basketball 2007-08

For memberships registered after 11:45 AM CT on Sunday, October 14, 2007, you will be notified regarding entry to the 2007 Club Cup Championship in December 2007.

The free-to-enter teams generated during your club registration comprise your Club Cup Championship entry, are locked in during your club registration and may not be changed before and/or during the Contest.

Scoring
Scoring for the Club Cup Championship is based on the overall ranking of each of the teams that comprise your entry. Each of your teams is ranked from first to last in the overall standings of its respective contest. These rankings are then added together to determine your combined Club Cup Championship ranking. The entry with the lowest combined ranking finishes first and the entry with the highest combined ranking finishes last.

Three combined rankings are calculated: Best of 5, Best of 4, and Best of 3. To determine the Best of 5 standings, only entries with five free-to-enter teams (auto racing, baseball, football, hockey, and basketball) are ranked. To determine the Best of 4 standings, entries with five as well as entries with four free-to-enter teams are ranked. For entries with five teams, the four lowest overall team rankings are used to determine the combined ranking for the Best of 4 standings. To determine the Best of 3 standings, all entries are ranked. For entries with five or four teams, the three lowest overall team rankings are used to determine the combined ranking for the Best of 3 standings.

Prizes
Prizes are awarded at the end of the Club Cup Championship to the top entry in each of the three Club Cup Championship standings as follows:

In addition, each Club Cup Championship winner becomes a lifetime member of the CDM Fantasy Sports Hall of Fame and is entitled to all the rights and privileges as such!

In the event of a tie for the Best of 5 Cup, the lowest overall rank in Free Fantasy Auto Racing will be used to determine the winner. In the event that a tie still exists, the lowest overall rank in Free Fantasy Baseball, Free Fantasy Football, Free Fantasy Hockey, and Free Fantasy Basketball will be used in order until the tie is broken. In the unlikely event that a tie still exists, the cash prize will be divided evenly among those who have tied and multiple cups will be awarded. A similar process will be used for ties for the Best of 4 Cup and the Best of 3 Cup.

Limit one cup prize per year per club member and/or email address. In the event that one club member and/or email address qualifies for multiple cups, the cup prize with the greatest value will be awarded, and an alternate winner will be selected for the lesser valued cup prize(s) based on standings. Winners must be active, paid club members throughout the entire contest period for the respective cup. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except that CDM Fantasy Sports reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or greater if the advertised prize is unavailable. All prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose). All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 30% U.S. income tax withholding will be applied to all non-U.S. prize winners. In the event that the awarding of any prizes to winners of the Contest is challenged by any legal authority, CDM Fantasy Sports reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether or not to award such prizes.

Winner Notification
Winners are notified by email or regular mail within 30 days after the conclusion of the Contest. Winners are also posted on the Contest website. Winners must return via email or regular mail an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) within 15 days following attempted notification. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. After 12 months, any unclaimed prize will be forfeited. By accepting any prize, the winners grant permission to CDM to use their names and/or likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and agree to execute a written consent. In the event of dispute about the identity of any entrant, entries made online are declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner can be required to provide the sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

Results
Team rankings and the overall combined rankings of entries are updated daily on the Contest website after 5 PM CT.

Internet/Technology Problems
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of CDM Fantasy Sports which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, CDM Fantasy Sports reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Club Cup Championship. CDM Fantasy Sports assumes no responsibility for any error, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation with transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or allegation of entries. CDM Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, phone lines, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CDM FANTASY SPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CDM Fantasy Sports is not responsible for any late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries; any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of CDM Fantasy Sports; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. CDM Fantasy Sports or any subsidiary or affiliated company of any of the foregoing, is not in any way responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury (including death) resulting from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance and use of any prize won. CDM Fantasy Sports is solely responsible for enacting, administering, enforcing the rules, and maintaining the integrity of the Contest. The Contest and website are not sponsored or endorsed by NASCAR, Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Hockey League, nor the National Basketball Association.

Release
By participating in the Contest, you release and agree to hold harmless CDM Fantasy Sports, its sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Official Rules
The Contest is subject to all United States laws, and to the Contest official rules, and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling. By entering the Contest, you agree to abide by the terms of the official rules and by the decisions of CDM Fantasy Sports, which are final on all matters pertaining to Contest. CDM Fantasy Sports reserves the right to change the official rules at any time, in its sole discretion. Official rules can be obtained on the Contest website.
